On June 22, the United Pet Group recalled all unexpired lots of Pro-Pet Adult Daily Vitamin Supplement Tablets for Dogs because of possible Salmonella contamination. The affected products include all lots with expiration dates on or before June 2013 (06/13).

Sold nationally through various retailers, the Pro-Pet vitamins are in 100-count white plastic bottles with a light blue label. Pet owners should immediately stop feeding the supplement to their pets.

Products affected: Pro-Pet Adult Daily Vitamin Supplement Tablets for Dogs, 100-count, UPC #26851-01800, expiration date on or before June 2013 (06/13)
